Athletic Physicals will be held Monday, May 6th during the school day.
If you wish to have your physical done by your own doctor, please turn it into the coaches as soon as you have that done for the 2024-25 school year. It must be dated 5/1/24 or later. Also complete all online forms on the LCISD Athletics Parent Portal:
